The system adopts multi-sensor fusion technology, combined with the battery model, real-time monitoring of thermal runaway batteries, realising early warning of thermal runaway of lithium batteries, and turning on the built-in fire protection system at the first time of the occurrence of thermal runaway of lithium batteries to carry out targeted treatment, so as to control the thermal runaway in the level of the cells of the specific packs without the possibility of spreading, and completely eliminating the possibility of the thermal runaway. There is no possibility of proliferation, and completely eliminate the occurrence of battery fire and explosion. It does not affect the function of other battery packs in the system at all, featuring fast, efficient and high safety.
- The third level of protection - independent hardware circuit protection
It is also independent of the BMS software system, even if the BMS software system fails, the whole battery system still has a set of completely independent of the software system outside the hardware protection circuit to protect the safety of the system.
