    Key Responsibilities: 

     

    1. Take part in product design: create mechanical structures, perform mechanical/FEA simulations, select materials, generate manufacturing drawings, assemble and debug prototypes.

    2. Follow up pilot production, conduct failure analysis and implement process improvements / technical support.

    3. Define and select purchased components.

    4. Summarize R&D experience, continuously improve product performance, participate in problem analysis and product finalization.

    5. Assist in designing customer systems, answer customer questions and support pre-sales activities.

    6. Collect information on new products and new technologies and handle other daily tasks as needed.

     

     

     

    Requirements:

     

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing or related majors.

    2. Fluent spoken English and familiarity with relevant technical vocabulary (mandatory).

    3.  3–5 years of relevant working experience; product development or project follow-up experience is preferred.

    4. Proficient in 3-D design software such as SolidWorks; skilled in engineering drawing creation.

    5. Proactive, hands-on, clear-minded, goal-oriented, efficient, with good communication and coordination, meticulous and responsible.

    6. Experience in new-energy battery system design is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    1. System commissioning and testing.

    2. Communicate with customers and provide technical support.

    3. After-sales project maintenance—solve issues on-site or remotely.

    4. Lead the application-engineer team, coordinate and arrange technical support for customer projects.

    5. Design and inspect battery-system wiring harnesses.

    6. Assist in PCB testing and improvement.

    7. Summarize customer and project feedback and relay it to the design team to improve products.

     

     

     

    Requirements:

     

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Electronic, Automation or related majors.

    2. Fluent spoken English and familiarity with relevant technical vocabulary (mandatory).

    3. Able to read circuit schematics; design experience is a plus.

    4. Experience with marine equipment and after-sales experience are preferred.

    5. Strong problem-solving skills, calm under pressure.

    6. Willing to travel domestically and internationally for on-site commissioning and testing as required.
