Battery Management System

AYK's ship-specific BMS is completely re-developed from the underlying logic and architectural design, with a total of 2.5 million lines of software source code.

The system can be connected in series up to DC1500V, the voltage withstand level up to DC5000V, insulation resistance up to G ohm level, and the system SOC precision can be controlled at about 2%.

Adopting multi-level battery stability architecture, its data integration and management is similar to a large database Oracle, which can process large flow of complex data in parallel, and the logic algorithm is iterated by self-optimisation in the form of AI, which continuously improves the system control accuracy and efficiency.
