Built-in Gas extraction

The scope of supply of the industry's peer products is usually only battery packs, battery racks and BMS, while the AYK battery system, in addition to battery packs, high-voltage boxes, control boxes, BMS, but also in the battery racks integrated air-cooled / water-cooled piping, combustible gas exhaust piping, explosion-proof fans, busbar, distribution boxes, fire system piping, and so on.
It is the product with the highest degree of system integration in the current market, and the system is plug-and-play, so that customers can rest assured and save their hearts! System integration of combustible gas exhaust piping is particularly important.
When the thermal runaway of the battery cell generates a large amount of flammable and toxic gases, which may trigger a fire or explosion, AYK has designed a gas venting channel for this safety hazard, which can vent the toxic and flammable gases generated by the thermal runaway to the outside of the battery compartment, preventing hazards to personnel and equipment.
This is one of the key safety measures required by DNV for marine lithium batteries. Most domestic battery system integrators have not yet adopted similar design concepts.
