IP67 Waterproof Standard

AYK battery system adopts system-wide waterproof design, battery pack, high-voltage box, main control box, power distribution box are all high-grade IP67 physical protection, and at the same time meets the active fire function through reasonable fire protection design (see point 3). Advantages are as follows: 

• Thoroughly eliminate water, condensation, salt spray and other attacks on all system components, the battery cell and system can be in a clean and balanced working environment for a long period of time, which is highly adaptable to the variable environmental conditions under the multi-application scenarios of rivers and lakes, and at the same time, greatly facilitates the extension of the equipment's lifespan.
• Completely eliminate the possibility of the extinguishing medium entering the battery system after the fire of other electrical equipment in the cabin where the marine power battery system is located, affecting the normal function of the battery system and contacting the positive and negative copper rows of the system to electrolyse the combustible gas or even causing a fire and explosion.
• The use of high-grade IP67 physical protection, in the event of thermal runaway battery system, can be in the battery pack level of the maximum isolation of oxygen, reducing the risk of thermal runaway spread, to achieve a full range of equipment protection.
• Condensation often occurs in the battery room due to temperature difference, and in recent years, there have been many safety accidents caused by condensation or battery system coolant leakage, which can be avoided by the waterproof design of the system.
• The key components of the system are made of V0 grade flame retardant materials, which further improves the safety of the system.
