ProEco Pure Electric Passenger Ship, Croatia
Developed in co-operation with Marservis Shipyard and the University of Zagreb, the ferry is powered by AYK's Aries Series A-88A battery and management system, which meets the highest DNV standards. With a length of 19 metres, a width of 7.5 metres and a capacity of 100 passengers, the ferry is made of environmentally friendly materials and equipped with a solar energy system, and will be used for the transport of passengers between the Croatian islands and the mainland, promoting green shipping.
Swedish Hybrid Roll-on Roll-off ship ROPAX
On 16th October 2024, the world's largest 12MWh hybrid passenger Ro-Ro ship equipped with AYK's ship power system was successfully delivered by China Merchants Weihai Jinling Shipyard to world-renowned ship owner Stena of Sweden. 6 months were spent from 15th April 2024 when AYK took over the order to 15th October when the ship was delivered after the sea trial, and AYK's team worked closely with Wärtsilä, the shipyard and Stena. The AY team worked closely with the power integrator Wärtsilä, the shipyard Weihai Jinling and the ship owner Stena, and set a new record of completing the delivery of the largest amount of power within the shortest delivery period.
Singapore/Australia Port Operation ship Tug
AYK is supplying a total of about 5000 kWh of marine power battery systems for four tugboats of Svitzer, which will help traditional fuel-powered tugboats to realise the transition to electric power. The tugs will be retrofitted in Singapore and will be used in major Australian ports to improve the local port environment and support Svitzer's global green operation strategy with high efficiency, safety, quietness and zero pollution.
Netherlands H2 Barge2 Hydrogen-electric Hybrid River Cargo Ship
Built and delivered from Holland shipyard's shipyard in Werkendam and equipped with two sets of AYK's ARIES type marine power cells, the hydrogen-powered hybrid inland waterway vessel will carry cargo completely emission-free on the Rhine between Rotterdam (NL) and Duisburg (DE).

E-bunker Vessel
The energy storage can be connected and supply power where needed, to vessels or consumers in emergency or in crisis i.e. to islands and hospitals.
The ship can deliver energy at the same time as a receiving vessel is charged with energy from shore for power boosting at times when shore power is insufficient. In addition, the energy storage system can be used for load balancing variations in onshore power grids, peak shaving and for energy trading.
Electric Work Vessel
It is equipped with a 2,200-kilowatt-hour battery, sufficient to power an average household for over six months. With this vessel, we can perform all kinds of emission-free operations on water and demonstrate that even larger-scale work can be done electrically. It can carry an excavator onboard, but it can also supply power to an external excavator. Essentially, it functions as an electric workboat that can also serve as a power bank to drive other electric equipment.

Norway Firda Fighter Sea Ranch Fishing Vessel
AYK has converted a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) into a hybrid Live Fish Carrier (LFC) for Fjord Maritime, taking place at the Norse shipyard in Turkey, with the addition of containerised energy storage units. The conversion is intended for Firda Seafood Group, a leading trout producer in the western Norwegian fjords.
Norway/Chile Marine Salmon Farming Platform
AYK has supplied more than 25,000kWH as energy storage units for the customer's ocean farm. These energy storage units not only ensure the energy demand for the operation of the sea ranch, but also help the power supply of the sea ranch under the eco-farming mode, which promotes the sustainable development of marine resources.
A World-leading Energy System for The Aquaculture Industry
Fjord Hybrid is an energy system developed to reduce fuel consumption and emissions, while ensuring stable operation on feed barges.
By optimizing the use of diesel generators and shore power – and supporting integration with solar, wind, and other renewable energy sources – the system offers a flexible, efficient, and sustainable energy solution tailored to varying production needs.
